In free dance, born out of what would show up, arising from the inner sensing, in the group developing and connecting with each other, the life energy to develop new, related with the very own dance back to the roots.
With dance-trance we go into another level of reality, and heal become whole. It leads us to one of our sources of power, replaced the blocks and feeds us with vitality.
I work holistically, by that I mean: in and with the deep connection of body, soul, mind and heart. My tools: various methods of dance and trance induction work, relaxing and intense body work, sharing in the group - experienced in rounding share conversation with each other (not a couple dance, not a show-dancing, no choreography).
